4. Hotel meeting rooms (Courtyard by Marriott Springfield Downtown and others)

Best for: out-of-town guests, multi-day sessions, meetings where people need a place to stay.

Hotel meeting space is convenient when your attendees are already sleeping there. Rooms are professional, catering is a phone call away, and A/V is generally available. If you already have a membership there, its meeting rooms are the natural choice. For non-members, you'll want to contact them directly for availability and current rates.

6. Coffee shops and restaurants downtown

Best for: informal first conversations, quick catch-ups, networking coffee.
