Services and separate agreements
The Hive offers private offices, coworking memberships and virtual-office services in Springfield, Ohio. Virtual-office service provides a business address and mail receiving for pickup; it does not include coworking or meeting-space access. The Hive does not offer event or meeting-room rentals.
Paid services are governed by the applicable Membership Agreement, Virtual Office Agreement, private-office lease and agreed purchase terms. Those agreements address service access, payments, renewals, cancellation and any refunds. These Website Terms do not replace or amend them or create additional workspace rights.
Submitting an inquiry or scheduling a tour does not by itself create a membership, lease or virtual-office agreement. Review the applicable service details and agreement before purchasing. Contact us if a website description appears inconsistent with your agreement.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit false information, attempt to access another person’s account or nonpublic systems, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the website’s operation. If you create an account, keep your login details private and contact us about suspected unauthorized use.
Information and outside services
Contact us to confirm current private-office availability and any details important to your decision. A website update does not change an existing paid agreement by itself.
