Offices start at $450/month on a 12-month lease term.

Each private office at The Hive in Springfield, Ohio comes fully furnished and ready to use on day one. Your rental includes high-speed Wi-Fi, climate control, 24-hour keycard access, and complimentary use of our shared kitchen, lounge, and on-site printing station. You will also have access to our professional meeting rooms and conference space, perfect for client presentations, team check-ins, or video calls that demand a polished background.
